Dima Leteane

Dima is an accomplished entrepreneur in the travel and tourism sector, with 40 years of experience, possessing extensive expertise in airline operations, destination marketing, and training and development within travel operations. 

She is the founder and operator of the DLM Group of Companies, which encompasses DLM Hospitality, DLM Virtual Assist Consultancy, DLM Training and Development Institute, and Serowe Travel Agency. 

Since its establishment, DLM Group (Pty) Ltd has delivered travel management services, entrepreneurship training, and development support to both corporate clients and small business owners, as well as travel consultants. Dima is deeply committed to addressing youth unemployment in Botswana. She has taken the initiative to mitigate this challenge by identifying and developing individuals interested in pursuing careers in the tourism sector, providing them with assistance in licensing, accreditation, mentoring, and marketing their products.

Dima is also honoured to be a recipient of the 2021 Women in Africa (WIA) 54 Philanthropy Programme laureate. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality Management from MANCOSA, a member of Honoris United Universities.
